Ingredients

1 can frozen fruit punch
12 strawberries, cut in half
1 liter vanilla ice cream
2 liters Sprite

Directions

Unfreeze the frozen punch and allow it to melt. Mix together fruit punch, vanilla ice cream and sprite and pour this mixture into the punch bowls. Top with half-cut strawberries.

Non-alcoholic Fruit Cocktail

Ingredients

1 oz orange juice
1 oz passion-fruit juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz mango juice
½ oz kiwi syrup
¼ oz lime juice

Directions

Mix together all the fruit juices and add a glassful of broken ice. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with fruits.

Fruit Cocktail

Ingredients

120 ml fresh orange juice
60 ml pineapple juice
Small sliced rockmelon
Small sliced honeydew melon
6 strawberries
Ice

Directions

Combine together orange juice, pineapple juice, rockmelon, honeydew melon, strawberries and ice. Blend this mixture in a blender, until smooth. Pour it into the serving glass and garnish with cut fruits.

Fruit burst

Ingredients

1 mango, peeled and stoned
3 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 green apple, cored and chopped
6 strawberries, hulled
7 measures freshly squeezed orange juice

Directions

Blend together mango, apple and carrots in a blender, until smooth. Add strawberries and orange juice and blend again. Strain the mixture and serve in tumblers with the addition of ice.

Fresh Fruit Cocktail

Ingredients

2 cups apple juice
1 orange, peeled and sectioned
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
½ tsp grated orange or lemon peel
1½ cups diced fresh pineapple
2 (about 3/4 lb.) Red Delicious apples, cored and diced
Dash salt

Directions

Mix together lemon juice, apple juice, cinnamon sticks, orange or lemon peel and salt in a saucepan. Bring this mixture to boil for about 10 minutes. Allow it to cool. Remove cinnamon sticks from the mixture. Mix together orange, pineapple and apples. Pour the prepared syrup over the fruit mixture and serve chilled.
